Competition Levels
1. School Build Battles
Students form teams within their classroom or school and compete in their first Minecraft Build Battle challenge.
Teams design civic-themed builds such as:

2. City & Regional Championships
Top teams compete in regional Build Battles, where students represent their school, town, or city.
These events bring together classrooms from across the region to celebrate creativity, collaboration, and community pride.
3. State Showcases
Winning regional teams advance to a state-level competition, where the strongest builds represent their communities on a larger stage.
Students present their builds and explain the ideas behind their designs.
4. National Minecraft Build Battle Championship
The best student builders from across the country advance to the National Minecraft Build Battle Championship.
Teams compete in civic-themed challenges while representing their communities in a national student competition.
The National Celebration
The competition culminates in the Hands Across Minecraft National Celebration, where students across America come together to celebrate the builds that helped create the national chain.
